I’ve had a hard month, so not a lot of progress. I’m having trouble getting back on track, but I DO see progress. Just not a lot. I’ll take photos again tomorrow in the same outfit and underpinnings as the first two sets so that the difference is more apparent.
The T-shirt is tight, though it’s only an XL size. The slacks are still tight around the waist and hips, although other pants I own are loose. Those are also XL, not XXL.
On the hard facts side, I’ve lost 4″ off my chest and 5″ off my waist and hips. Weight has been stalled for a month, though fat weighs less than muscle.

Now that I’m not taking the medication for Fibro any more, I hope to jump back into ketosis and resume my weight and size loss. It’s just tough to get back there.
